of its kind to bo held in the state is now an assured attraction for the Yolo County Fair The contest is a popular tific movement to encourage the rais ing of healthier and better babies Mere looks will not count The babys physique and mental showing will be the points upon which the premiums will be awarded A committee of representative cians from various parts of Yolo coun ty will name tlie
