lire there Is i difference opinion Some there ire who think that matches were care lessly dropped in the house when the straw was stored That is not a very plausible theory however as the weather is will be run via Agricultural Park thence west to the Browns corner county road thence north to the Yolo or chard and into the town of Yolo When the project was first broached Manager Osborn was doubtful of its feasibility for the reason that after investigating the matter he ascertain ed that a largo volume of water would be required but for a few days of the year necessitating the installation of a large electric motor which could be operated for only a small fraction of tho year To furnish the electric cur rent for such a large equipment would necessitate a rate in order to make it profitable to the company that would not he within the means of the Indi vidual farmer However so many farmers seemed to look upon the enterprise with favor that further investigation
