Here and There on the Wing FORGER CAPTURED A Santa Rosa dispatch to the Bee under date of August says Sheriff Grace has telegraphed from Oregon to a deputy in his office that he has cap tured Roy Roberts a slick young forg er who during the month of May stole some blank Bank of Woodland checks He first attempted to pass one of the forged checks at the First National bank San Francisco but the cashier was too well acquainted with J S Craigs signature to he Im posed upon At that time he was oper ating under the name of Roy Ander son Ho was more successful at other places and succeeded in
