jump in expenses Environmental Improvement Commission approved a revised 199091 percent increase in expenses over the 198990 The 199091 budget year began July The revised 199091 budget reflects an Sweeney His chance to travel around the world making commercials and print ads seen by millions of people may last only a few But Rick Schindler says he intends to take advantage of the opportunities and Betty Schin rural Rick graduated and worked in a couple retail shoe sales shops that a man came in one day and asked me what agency I was I told h im I wasn t modeling but I rec him as a so he gave me the name of his agency and I spoke with The agency told Rick he was too big for print ads but said he could work in televi sion and Months passed while he took a model ing In the Rick met repre of another modeling agency who sent him to some clients right It wasnt after he started he that he contacted photographers to begin building a Started modeling in 1988 He began modeling full ber
