the charges would do so only to learn too they had been victimized to the extent of the amount paid In the case revealed in Waterloo the Express company re a package from the Great Western Tanning company of Kansas City Mo Inquiry revealed tho fact that none ot the relatives o the dead mnn knew anything of the package and natur ally did not expect it They stated that as far as they were aware
