tribe's bingo operation is losing money and that the tribe will be unable to finance a gambling casino Tribal Chairman Keith port said Monday the bingo ation is turning a profit and has been a sound investment His comments come on the heels of complaints from tribal members who have claimed that 95 percent of enrolled members have yet to receive the first red penny from our bingo Casino possible
