TSR director Blake Hess said that he felt inspired watching how these atnletes overcome so much just to be able to do what we take for granted every day. "I was teaching Cameron how to get up on the wake-board," Hess said. "It made me take a look at my own teaching methods. I realized that I had to modify them for Cameron, since he doesn't have the same pivot point because of his accident. "We never gave up and he did all the work to get up on the board. It was great to see be a part of that accomplishment." Clapp said that the advancements in prosthetic technology has made it easier for amputees to enjoy the extreme activities. "It is great to hot have any boundaries when it comes to what I can and cannot do," Clapp said.
