Angie Meyer, Flaco Jimenez and Shawn Sahm, son of the late Doug Sahm, join forces to keep this fantastic hand together and on the road. The group’s new CD, "Esta Bueno," contains some of the final recordings of founding members Freddy Fender and Doug Sahm. Years ago, they successfully mixed traditional Mexican music with outlaw Texas country for an exciting new sound dubbed Tex-Mex. I Come back Saturday night for Todd Snider, who’s on tour promoting his 2-CD set ' Live: The Storyteller,” recorded in Nashville on his 2010 tour. Snider also will be doing a brief in-store CD signing at 2 p.m. Saturday in San Marcos at Sundance Records. The 12-song selection was produced by Walt Wilkins and was recorded at The Zone in Dripping Springs.
