Louise Larson The Herald-Zeitung A Spring Branch man was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident not far from home last Wednesday. Raymond Edward Helm, 57, died when the Kawasaki motorcycle he was driving on Mystic Parkway at River Ridge went off the road around 5 p.m. “The vehicle was traveling southbound on Mystic Parkway at an unsafe speed, and (the driver) lost control and traveled into the bar ditch,” said TYooper Deon Cockrell of the Texas Department of Public Safety. According to DPS records, Helm was not wearing a helmet. Road conditions were dry, Cockrell said.
