64yearold Somerset man was sentenced to 25 years in prison Thursday for an indecency offense against his A Comal County jury of 11 men and one woman found Lawrence David Hernandez guilty of indecen cy with a child by contact Thursday The jury could have sentenced Hernandez to between five and 99 years in prison on the second degree felony Comal Coun ty First Assistant Attorney Ed Springer said the fleeing the scene of a Wednesday night accident that injured another The 16yearold driver drove away after a 15yearold friend fell out of the bed of his pickup in the 2000 block of Michigan New Braunfels Police Mike Rutherford Rutherford said the 15yearold New Braunfels boy was one of about seven teenagers riding in the back of the white Dodge pickup he was The accident happened when the vic
