chopped pimiento teaspoon dried oregano leaves Preheat oven to Spray baking sheet with cook ing Remove stems from mushrooms set caps Finely chop Spray large skillet with cooking spray heat over mediumhigh Add mushroom stems and onions cook 5 or until onions are stirring Remove from Stir in bread pimiento and Place mushroom stem sides on prepared baking sheet spray evenly with cooking Turn caps over spray with addi tional cooking Fill with spinach Bake 10 to15 or until mushrooms are tender and fill ing is heated Serves CREAMY CHICKEN MINI PITAS Source Food Network 1 store bought roasted chicken 1 tablespoon finely chopped tarragon leaves cup finely cel ery f cup mayonnaise 2 finely chopped Salt and freshly ground black pepper cup finely chopped walnuts 15 mini pita breads Remove the skin from the chicken and pull the meat from the Discard the skin and Chop the chicken and put it into a medium Add the cel and mayonnaise mix If the mixture is not creamy add more Season with salt
