Writer Plans to construct the largest hotel in Gruene were delayed Tuesday by the Planning and Zoning Commis which refused to grant a special use permit for the building without more After looking over site plans and scale commissioners asked developer Ted Alexander and the Vanhorn family to come back with more details on the project elevation drawings and a financial Chairman Mike Ybarra said
