Horoscope Tuesday, Dec. 16 2003 By Bernice Bede Osol No matter how slow your initial output might appear, stick to your carefully I aid-out game plan in the year ahead. Your goals are closer than you think; a litde more time is needed to build up the necessary momentum. SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23-Dec. 21) — There is nothing wrong with being ambitious, but how you go about it will be important today. If you don’t soft-pedal it, people could misconstrue your aggressiveness as self-serving. CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) — Humility is a virtue, but not when it is carried to extremes. If you’re too meek or docile today, selfish people could step all over you and dominate your rightful place in the scheme of things. AQUARIUS dan. 20-Feb. 19) — This might not be a good day to present your ideas to others who are not in the best of moods today, because if you strike an unresponsive chord, they’ll not give you another opportunity. PISCES (Feb. 20-March 20) — Don’t allow a bad mood to cause you to behave poorly today when dealing with valuable allies. Instead of helping you, they’re apt to withdraw the support on which you’ve been counting. ARIIiS (March 21-April 19) —You don’t have to attempt a major project today, but you don’t have to coast either! Use your time to take care of neglected little tasks. With them gone, you can run at full steam again. TAURUS (April 20-May 20) — Don’t think it’s your instinctive inner voice telling you to take a flyer on something about which you know little; it might be your fanciful wishful thinking that is doing all the talking and urging. GEMINI (May 21-June 20) — It’ll be a lot easier to give a little now than it will be trying to make amends later with someone dear to you. If concessions are called for today, do your part to give that inch.    * CANCER (June 21 -July 22) — How you treat others will have a fast boomerang effect on you. For example, if you try to browbeat people, look for an authority figure to nail you. LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) — Catering to your whims and forsaking your budget today may put you in a momentary good mood, but chances are it will turn foul real quick once you realize you are broke. VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) — Unless you resolve domestic squabbles immediately as they arise, expect things to go from bad to worse. Abandon your stubbornness and obstinacy, not those who are important to you. LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23) — Your vivid imagination can help your creative juices, but if you allow them to visualize roadblocks larger than those in reality, you’ll be defeated today before you even get started. SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 22) — Keep your cool today if you find yourself in a situation where someone else is getting all the attention for something good you did. If you blow your top, others could add insult to injury. Know where to look for romance and you’ll find it.
