the civic center to the Comal River the Wurstfest facility andeven to the old HE B building have But as recently as last rnonth council came to a consensus that the city should go forthwith expanding the qurrent facil ity Expanding the existing foot facility could also limit space and would require 800 new parking spaces And there are some logistical concerns with expanding the exjsting site Questions traffic and the benefits of renovation compared to new construction left council members convinced toey should study the issue further before making a final decision So they scheduled
