Feltmann's official title is Miss New Braunfels Teen USA. She will travel Nov. 28 to the Double-TYee Post Oak Hotel in Houston for a weekend of rehearsals and competition culminating in the final show and competition Nov. 30. If she wins, Feltmann will be Miss Texas Teen USA for one year, traveling, meeting, dignitaries, participating in official charity and social events.
