conducting public hearings the Southeast Trinity Oroundwater Conservation District adopted 10 rules Wednesday night that will bring Comal County one step closer to protecting the fragile Trinity Aquifer The rules pertaining to well permitting construction registration and spacing were unanimously approved at the boards regular meeting at Bulverde City Hall Suite 236 US 281 and FarmtoMarket Road 1863 The new rules can be read in their entirety on the STOCD website at easttrinity Among the new regulations passed was mandatory regis tration with the STGCD for all wells drilled equipped or pcAed livestock 6t completed that are only capt yards and septic ble of producing gal absorption flip Ions or less of groundwatw STGCD board mem per day or gallons or less per minute In order to minimize the drawdown of the wafer table and to minimize the chance of a well becoming polluted the district also adopted well spacing standards for con structing new wells Standards approved for new wells included the date that all water wells intended for domestic indus trial public supply and irriga tion use must be placed on a various experts who are tract of land 150 feet away particularly to spend time with them and I was going to kill he said Cooper said he never threatened to kill Laura his daughter or Lauras father When defense attorney Emil Butch Holiner asked Cooper whether he put the gun in his coat pocket but did not tell Laura he had it During her time on the stand Tuesday Laura said Johnnie Coop er would not let her call the police from his relatives house and would not
