Writer LOS ANGKLFS AP Another angel got his wings James Stewarts image as an old fashioned hero was not some concoction The lanky actor left behind not only an unrivaled body of work but also a legacy averaging 82 tons per month to the countys 42 tons per month Ferguson said The proposal would allow the city to be more responsive to customer complaints in a more timely manner city officials said It also would allow the city to recycle more types of waste including junk mail Ferguson said the proposal could allow the city to set aside extra funds for a recycling education campaign development of
