Hainline of New Braunfels died at McKenna Memorial Hospital on Tuesday May at the age of 80 She was bom oil Oct 5 1916 in Hattiesburg Mississippi to Fleet Cooper Hathorn and Alleen Camp Hathorn and married Robert Louis Hainline who died in Sept 1994 She was a resident of the city since 1983 and was a secretary and a member of St Joseph Anglican Church of New Braunfels Survivors include sisters Mrs James D Rebecca Hathorn Elledge of Houston Miss Maxcy Hathorn of Hattiesburg Mississippi brother Mr Herbert C Hathorn of Augusta Georgia stepdaughter Mrs Bobbie HainHneHowrey of Wilmington Delaware grandchildren Mr Bret Howrey of Gainesville Florida and Mr Brian Howrey of Pasadena California and numerous nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her husband Robert L Hainline and by a brother Fleet C Hathom Jr A memorial service will be held 11 Tuesday May 20 1997 at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home in New Braunfels with the Rev Robert Taggert II rector of St Joseph Anglican Church officiating In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the New Braunfels Conservation Society St Joseph Anglican Church or the charity of ones choice Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home Randolph A Kanz Randolph A Kanz of League City TX died in Friendswood TX on Friday May at the age of 62 Mr Kanz was born on Oct 4 1934 in New Braunfels to Herbert Kanz and Hertha Barsch and he married Patricia Faye Kanz on Oct 4 He lived in the League area for seven years and was a former resident of Pasadena TX Mr Kanz was a retired Aerospace Engineer and was a Marine Corp and was a He enjoyed being in the church choir music and dancing and he loved jet planes Survivors include wife Patricia Kanz of League City children Kevin and Kimberly Kanz of Pasadena and sister Mary Lee Perman and husband Robert of League City Funeral services will be 10 Monday May 19 1997 at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home with the Rev Timothy Judkins officiating Interment will follow at the Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimers Association Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home Anita Olga Haecker Anita Olga Haecker of New Braunfels died Friday May 16 1997 at Eden Home in New Braunfels at the age of 83 She was the daughter of Otto Grobowsky and Frieda Voigt and is Est million jackpot the widow of Elmo Pete Haecker Mrs Haecker was a lifetime resident of the city She retired from McKenna Memorial Hospital in 1979 and then worked approximately six years at Eden Home Inc She was a member of First Protestant Church and the Eagles Auxiliary She was preceded in death by her husband Elmo Pete Haecker on Jan 12 1977 father Otto Grobowsky in 1915 and mother Frieda Voigt Grobowsky in 1976 and half brothers Milton Harber in 1944 and William Harber in 1979 Survivors include daughter Rose Marie Fellers and husband Terry of New Braunfels sister Otine Schaefer of New Braunfels half sisters Viola Boyd San Antonio Lucille Semlinger San Antonio halfbrother Joe Harber San Antonio and numerous nieces and nephews Pallbearers will be Carroll Hoffmann Douglas Schaefer Roy Duelm Charles Watt Michael Wagner and Todd Fellers Funeral services will be 3 Monday May 19 1997 at Doeppenschmidt
