Police are investigating a report of damage to an aircraft Tuesday at the New Braunfels Municipal Airport Detective Basel Boatright said a witness saw a man attempt to break into a plane leased by Southern Wings a flighttraining school at about 8 Tuesday The witness an employee of another company at the airport reported that the man flew into the airport left his plane and then used force to attempt to enter the damaged Change plane Boatright said He left in his own plane without entering the damaged plane he said adding that damage to an aircraft is a federal offense The witness was able to obtain the tail number of the plane which has led police to identify a suspect and learn that the plane was rented from a company at the San Antonio International Airport police said FBI officials from San Antonio were called into the investigation and police expect to make an arrest soon Boatright said From Page 1 hang up and dial again with the correct area code Officials stressed that local
