The subject for the prepared oration portion of the contest must deal with some phase of the U.S. Constitution and must last eight to IO minutes. The district will award a $200 scholarship to the winner and scholarships of $100 and $75 to the second- and third-place finishers, respectively. Magazine inserts must now be separated from newspapers. Magazines and junk mail may be grouped together. Plastic grocery bags must be kept separate from other items. Chipboard must be kept separate from cardboard, magazines, junk mail and newspapers. Caps must be removed from bottles made of No. I plastic and No. 2 plastic, and they must be rinsed.
