another explo sicfri at the base where a truck bombing Tuesday night killed 19 people all of them Americans The remains of the 19 Americans Were flown Thursday to Dover Air Force Base in Delaware to be honored at a private ceremony with a 21gun salute The United States says 270 Ameri cans were injured in the blast Saudi Arabia says more than 200 Saudi Ara bian and Bangladeshi citizens were also injured Meanwhile two Air Force transport planes arrived in southwest Germany today with 43 Air Force per bums ard broken bones from Tuesdays blast said Army Maj Bruce Shearer They were taken to WASHINGTON AP Hoping to make the tobacco issue go away Bob Dole told one of his sharpest crit ics that hes no medical expert when he declaresthat smoking is not nec essarily addictive But dole still insists that from his personal observations tobacco may i or may trot be v a Thats what got Dole in trouble With Dr C Everett Kpop who served as surgeon general under President Reagan Koop said Doles
