Plum in New Braunfels, was charged with public intoxication March 17. ■ Jose iSosa, 42, of 1850 W. San Antonio! in New Braunfels, was charged with traffic violations March 18. ■ Jaime Rodriguez, 22, of 801 E. Common in New Braunfels, was arrested on unspecified charges March 18. ■ Raul Guajardo, 18, of 9219 Agen Lane in San Antonio, was charged with alcohol violations March 18. ■ Damon Proctor, 28, of223 Rain bow in San Antonio, was chaiged with traffic violations March 18. ■ Vicente Diaz, 21, of 1010 Keats in San Antonio, was arrested for other authorities March 18. ■ Lance Vandeman, 19, of 10004 Cork Drive in El Paso, was charged with alcohol violations March 18. ■ Jorge Jimenez, 19, of9973 Debbie Drive in El Paso, was charged with public intoxication March 18. ■ Sergio Soto, 18, of 10114 Castletown in El Paso, was charged with public intoxication March 18. ■ Johnny Hernandez, 39, of 1625 W. Katy in New Braunfels, was charged with traffic violations March 18. ■ Marcos Ardon-Pelaye, 23, of 416 Hutchen in Ellisville, was charged with traffic violations March 19. ■ Esmerelda Ortega, 42, of 561 Schmidt in New Braunfels, was charged with trespass March 19. ■ Virgil Watts, 26, of 112 Morales in New Braunfels, was arrested for other authorities March 19. ■ Kelly Stair, 27, of 421 Sir Winston in Canyon Lake, was charged with Sheriffs Reports Comal County Sheriffs Department Report i m Randall Magson, 29, of 131 Ruekle Lot 71, New Braunfels, was arrested March 24 at the intersection of River Road and Loop 337. Magson is charged with possession of drag paraphernalia. ■ Roger Patterson of 168 Clearview, Canyon Lake, reported March 21 that four air rifles were taken from his residence. ■ Christopher Coberly, 24, was arrested af Jacobs Creek March 20 on charges of possession of prohibited weapons (a pipe bomb), possession of controlled substance (mushrooms), and possession of marijuana. The Fort Sam Houston Explosive Ordinance Disposal unit was called to explode the bomb. ■ Robert Noble, 20, and Thomas James Strenke Jr., 18, both from Lackland Air Force Base, were arrested March 16 on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at Canyon Lake for stealing a boat. Strenke also was charged with evading arrest. ■ Felipe Vazquez, 30, of 1820 Wald Road, New Braunfels, was arrested March 16 on two warrants for issuance of bad checks. ■ Michael Hawes, 26, of 741 Irene.
