felt like we would be more responsible to our customers if we did the billing Because the water corporation will now be taking over those tasks Yates said he had to hire six people to take care of the billing and maintenance tasks Yates said the funds for the hiring of the new employ ees Was put into the budget when it was approved in December because of the possibility that the Eco Resources contract would not be renewed The cost to hire the new employees was around CLWSC now has to eight employees including two operators and two distribution technicians in the maintenance area Four
