involved with people in Comal County my entire life have been very active in both community and youth programs so I know the people and understand their problems This with my 25 years of law enforcement experience enables me to address the citizens needs with a greater sensitivity and effectiveness My primary goal as sheriff is in reducing crime in the county will put the deputies back to patrolling the neighborhoods and establishing a higher visibility 2 Deputies will become more familiar with the neighborhoods and thepeople especially our children by implementing innovative programs such as a Deputy Activity League where the deputies will help organize and participate in communtv programs will establish programs that will improve job environment for deputies Programs that will promote trust better communication and team effort amongst the employees of the Sheriffs Office will reduce Deputy turnover by implementing a more efficient career path program so Deputies will want to work in Comal County thereby better managing training budgets will establish an ongoing training program for the deputies to insure the citizens effective law enforcement in the county I will also establish a Citizens Law Enforcement Education Program where we will all learn how citizens and the sheriffs department can better work together to reduce crime will have an open door policy where no citizens voice will go unheard Problems and complaints will be addressed and not I will establish a Review Committee to Discuss problems complaints and recommendations but most importantly to keep the line of communication open I AM A CONSERVATIVE and will keep in mind that effectiveness js gained through proper planning and efficiency is gained through proper training VOTE WOMMACK FOR SHERIFF Paid
