She is employed by North East I SD as a teacher at Gamer Middle School. The groom to be is the son of Nelson and Carolyn Jonas of San Antonio. He graduated from MacArthur High School in 1988 and from Texas A&M University in 1992, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering. He is employed as field engineer with Schlumberger Well Services. The wedding is planned for April 20, 1996 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help church in Selma.. Melissa Ann Barraza and Dwayne Gottardy, both of Stephenville, Texas, plan to be married June 8, 1996 at Sts. Peter Catholic Church in Corpus Christi. Tile bride to be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Barraza of Corpus Christi. She is a graduate of Tarleton State University. The groom to be is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Gottardy of Bulverde. He is a graduate of Texas State Technical College and will graduate Tarleton State University in May. Kelli Rae Curtis and Anthony Thomas Leffingwell, both of San Antonio, announce their engagement. The bride to be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Curtis of New Braunfels. She is a graduate of New Braunfels High School and Baylor University. She is a member of A1C-PA, TSCPA, and the San Antonio Chapter of CPAS. She is employed by USAA in San Antonio. The groom to be is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hal Leffingwell of San Antonio. He is a graduate of MacArthur High School and attended the University of Nevada — Las Vegas. He is employed by Gillespie Ford in San Antonio. A May 4, 1996 wedding date is planned at First Baptist Church in New Braunfels.Births Cynthia Acker and Frank Schlather Jr. Acker, Schlather plan to marry May ll Cynthia Marie Acker and Frank Schlather Jr. both of New Braunfels, are pleased to announce their upcoming mamage.
