New Braunfels Herald Zeitung (Newspaper) - February 11, 1996, New Braunfels, Texas Z A □ Herald-Zeitung Cl Sunday, February 11,1996 PW Warrants obtained in January Texas Oaks burglary case County Sheriffs Department detectives have obtained burglary arrest warrants naming three suspects for allegedly burglarizing a Texas Oaks residence in January. The suspects, one of whom is in the Hays County Jail, were caught after San Antonio patrol officers were dispatched to a disturbance call on Roosevelt Street. At the disturbance location, the officers found weapons and property belonging to a Hays County family. Comal County and Hays County detectives traced the property back to the Texas Oak residence. Investigators believe the three were involved in multiple buiglaries in north central Bexar County, and Comal and Hays counties along U.S. 281 north. All three have $20,000 bonds set. Two of the alleged suspects, brothers Steven Bloxham II, 19, and Clifford Bloxham Jr., 18, remain at large. Brandon Lynn Banks, 17, is currently ip the Hays County Jail facing other charges. Additional property is expected to be recovered and other charges will be filed as the investigation continues. The three have prior arrest records for similar activities. “We keep apprehending them,” said Sheriff Jack Bremer. “I hope they tell their friends.” Sheriff’s Report The Comal County Sheriffs Department made the following arrests from Feb. 2 to 4,1996: ■ Joseph Raymond Alcantar, 27, of San Antonio, was arrested on Wald Road for misdemeanor possession of marijuana (under 2 ounces) Feb. 2 at 4:13 p.m. Deputy Kevin Rowcliffe was the arresting officer. ■ Loretta Anne Renshaw, 47, of HC1 Box 297F in Canyon Lake was arrested at his residence on a warrant for issuance of a bad check Feb. 2 at 3 Institute for Manaqement Success, Inc Individual Career, Team, and Organizational Development 800 W. Constable Joe Gomez was the arresting officer. ■ Debra Lynn Tisdale, 33, of 349 White Oak in Canyon Lake, was arrested at her residence on a warrant for possession of narcotics paraphenalia Feb. 3 at 8:42 p.m. The warrant was from justice of the peace precinct 4 court. Deputy James Miller was the arresting officer. ■ Gilbert Gonzales, 31, of326 King William Drive in Canyon Lake, was arrested at his residence on a Comal County warrant for harrassment Feb. 4 at 3 p.m. Deputy Clay Garland was the arresting officer.
