Seller Fire Equipment Superior Service — Seiler Fire Equipment. Inc. _      f*    w,    I    I    M Seiler Fire Equipment, Inc., a local business, has created a NEW division dedicated to its Security, Fire Alarm, and Integrated Home Systems department: the Alarm Automation division of Seiler Fire Equipment, Inc. For over 30 years, Seiler Fire Equipment has been serving the tricounty area. The company is a family-owned and -operated establishment that was founded by Malford Seiler in 1964 as a fire extinguisher sen icing firm. By 1989, owner Bill Toney, Mr. Seiler’s son-in-law, expanded its services to include special hazard fire suppression systems, security and fire alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems. “The security market has grown tremendously in the past five years,” said Sean Toney, sales manager. “In order to market our services and main tain a high standard of customer service, we created this division. Most people didn’t know that we provide residential and commercial security and fire alarm systems with local alarm or 24-hour monitoring by a U.L.-listed monitoring facility. Some of our clients include Sea World of Texas, arca school districts, Comal Senior Citizens Center, Central Texas Medical Center in San Marcos and Lockhart, and hundreds of residential clients in the tri-county area.’’ Alarm Automation has recently diversified into the home systems market with multi-room audio systems, intercom/music systems, central vacuum systems, and home automation systems. “Homeowners and builders can come into our shop and we can cus-tom-design each system to fit their needs. We have factory-direct distrib utorships for all our products. Our prices are comparatively low, while our service and installations remain at a very high standard,” said S;an. Alarm Automation has a lot of experience and technical knowledge in the security and fire alarm industry. Bill Toney is licensed and certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies, State of Texas Fire Protection Commission, National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association, and the Texas Board of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies. “AII of our alarm technicians are licensed by the Texas Board of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies, and they are certified by the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association,” said Danin Toney, oper ations manager. “We take pride in our service and installations Being a local company, we’re always there when you need us.” There is a total of 35 years of technical experience within the business. You can call them without getting the “sales pitch.” “We believe the more informed the client is, the more likely he’ll choose us anyway. It’s in our own interest to provide as much information as a person can use. People are more likely to use a product thsy can understand,” said Sean Toney. “Superior service to the community is our #1 goal. Our product and service is designed to give people ‘peace of mind’ in their day-to-day lives. We don’t walk away horn a job until the client feels IOO percent ‘safe and secure.’ The larger security companies can’t offer the personal service that we give every day,” said Sean. Today’s electronic products and services are constantly improving and changing. In the near future you will be able to use “voice command” on most equipment. The integration of all home electronic products is becoming a fact of life. Soon we’U be able to walk into our homes and say, “Alarm off—TV on," and "Play messages” to the telephone answering machine. “The future looks very exciting in the integrated home systems market. We’re trying to be a leader by having the latest products and services available to you. Our technicians attend continuing education courses in order to stay up with the latest technology,” said Bill Toney. So why choose Alarm Automation as your security and home systems dealer? They have the experience and technical knowledge to do the job right; they offer the latest products and services; they’re a local, family-owned and -operated business; their prices are comparatively low while the quality of workmanship remains high; and you just can’t get better personal service. Alarm Automation is located in the big, red building on 202 Trade Center Drive. There are working security, intercom/music, in-wall speakers, central vacuum, and home automation systems on display at the shop. Their hours of operation are Monday-Fri-day, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. For a FREE security review and estimates, call 210-606-3819 or 1-800-373-6986.
