at Zoeller Funeral Home for Jack Elwood Murray of Bulverde Texas He died at his residence Sunday at the age of 66 A rosary will be recited Wednesday at 8 at St Josephs Catholic Church and will be followed by a wake The funeral Mass will be at 11 on Thursday at St Josephs Catholic Church Memorials may be given to Santa Rosa Hospice Ernest R Miller Master Sgt Ernest R Miller Army age 82 died Friday May 19 1995 Master Sgt Miller was a veteran of WWII the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War He received the double bronze star with a V for val or Master Sgt Miller had been resid ing in New Braunfels for the last 8 years He is survived by 3 sons Raymond Ernest Miller Shaun Manning Miller and Ernest Raymond Miller a daughter Susan Michelle Miller 12 grandchildren and 6 greatgrandchil dren He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years Margaret A Miller Graveside services will be held at on Friday May 26 1995 at Rt Sam Houston National Cemetery ith full military honors Sunset Funeral Home Jo Ann Rueckle Jo Ann Joan Rueckle age 70 of Live Oak Texas a wonderful wife ijiother and grandmother passed away May 20 1995 She is sur yived by daughters and sonsinlaw Ann and John DeViney and Sharen Sherry and Frank Dunn all of San Antonio and grandchildren Keith and Kevin DeViney and Trey Stacy Darin and Jonathan Dunn She was preceded in death by her husband Leroyin 1985 She enjoyed her African violets had a great zest for life and a wonderful sense of humor She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed Mrs Rueckle worked for many years as an office manager for the Life and Casu alty Insurance Company and retired with disability in 1975 Funeral services will be held at 11 on Tuesday May 23 at the Live Oak First Baptist Church 11560 Toep perwein with the Rev Gilbert Kendrick and the Rev Bill McCormick officiating Interment will follow at Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery In lieu of flowers memorial contribu tions may be made to the American Heart Association Colonial Funeral Home Universal City Thelma B Grob Thelma B Grob of Cibolo Texas died Saturday May 20 1995 at the age of 75 Mrs Grob had been a former resident of New Braunfels and Hous ton having resided in Texas since 1949 She was bom in Eubank and had celebrated 54 years of mar riage Mrs Grob was a public school teacher and held a lifetime teachers certificate She was a member of New Braunfels Presbyterian Church Delta Kappa Gamma Society International National Retired Teachers Associa tion New Braunfels Area Quilt Guild Camping Squares of Texas and Good win Homemakers Extension Her biggest hobby was meeting and talking to people but she also enjoyed teach ing traveling and square dancing plus she was an accomplished artist She is survived by her husband War ren Grob of Cibolo Texas one son Charles Chuck Grob and wife Nancy of Houston one sister Velma Marie Smith of Richardson Texas one broth er Elmer Eubank of Mission Texas two grandchildren Charles Grob Jr and Carolyn Grob two nieces Marilyn Tompkins and Kathleen Cot trell and two nephews Randy Smith and Eugene Eubank Mrs Grob was preceded in death by one son Reginald Warren Grob Funeral services will be Tuesday May 23 1995
