ring division at the Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan Federations 16th annu al National Championships defeating Pete Schoberg of Minnesota in the finals Mr Schoberg and I seem to be trad ing the individual title every said Riley who also won in 1992 and 1994 Schoberg won in 1991 and 1993 Next year both competitors will move into the 3rddegree heavyweight divi sion where theyll attempt to unseat champion Carl Bradford More than 400 blackbelt competitors gathered from around the country to1 compete in the individual forms and freesparring divisions as well as team forms and team sparring Riley is a
