We would like to leave you with this final thought... “Faces fade and people we once knew, some of them are gone fore vet. Children grow up and go away. The house is tom down. Pets die or disappear. The time to take the picture is when you sec it. The historic value of things, fixed in the form of a picture, is beyond price ” — ELBERT HUBBARDPOT ■ TRAVEL ■HONEYMOON REGISTRY Come by for some exciting details 133 Landa Street AA-94-90 By JANE JACKSON John Moler, Photographer Our photograph of the NEW BRAUNFELS JUNIOR HIGH TWIRLERS AA-94-87 has been completely identified, with the help of several of our readers. We do not...so Liz has offered to provide us with one. We will add this photo to our collections as well as print it in one of our future columns. Thank you Liz...we will look forward to seeing this. The contest photo has stirred up some precious memories for many of our wonderful readers. Such fun! Several folks have requested a copy of the BEAUTY' CONTEST photograph, and we are happy to oblige. And to our gift shop we have added a number of interesting photographs of characters, places and events that have contributed to making our wonderful community the fascinating, historically colorful place that it is. These photographs arc ready to be picked up from our shelves and taken home to lend a touch of antiquity to your decor.
