The local board of education is a uniquely American institution that has made the public schools both flexible and responsive to the needs of local communities, the state, and the nation, while keeping alive the fundamental ideal of representative government" Richards adds, “School board members serve in this represen tative government as advocates for our children first and foremost, protecting each child’s opportunity to develop his or her potential.” Officials of the Comal ISD honored their trustees at the Feb. 22 meeting held in the Central Office board room. ™ ™ ■ VALUABLE COUPON** "■ j EXTRA TOPPING I.    99*- Available on aay sis# Pi 11 albinal' or PanlPaaP I Vdd ady wk cups d psrfcipfci, UMI* (smwv 1    lifkn:    1/18/91 ' Little Caesars are m mm « VALUABLE COUPON aal urn mm !    CRAZY HANTS I    2 IU Pl IMI PIZZAS    | It TIMIX MR ▲    au    UU    _ ^rTiSar' #S5S I ■ UMC KU    Xiii    | I wrecrease ism isrewre»«reiawi/re I ll**: l/M/11    I j ©Little Caesars j l|    o    IMI    UM (MIO lnni|H>Mt    I MB | tfJMO    iud    | VALUABIE COUPONS mm mm A are urn are VALU AILE COUPON are are iaJ NEW BRAUNFELS -±’ Wtiin vowntflkipiiia ihiiyoaA    SEGUIN Corner of Court A Moss I I 2-2* ■a tm Hi ay Steak A Shrimp 6.95 1/2 Lb.
