the New Braunfels Parks and Recreation Department office in Landa Derived from the word which means xeriscape is the conservation of water through appro priate native Parks Department Director David Whatley said the xeriscape is a beauti ful way to help preserve spring The water district funds such demon stration gardens to show how colorful a landscape can be while conserving water at the same
