eligible for support include capital major renovations and new con general or restricted endowments additions or establishment new endowment or the establishment of an endowment or fund specifically dcsighcd to support the institu tions Participating institutions will be required to raise a minimum of one dollar for each dollar of this Grant payments will be paid to the participating institutions
