Stoppers pays off in tips Board selects lite for surface water plant Bv DAVID Rill ITA By DAVID BUILTA Staff Writer The site selected by New Braunfels Utilities for a surface water treatment plant was chosen because it could offer peak NBU General Manager Bob Sohn said a site on German Creek in north east New Braunfels was selected because it was environ mentally close to the Guadalupe River and a place where it would be easy to get treated water into the water Were getting our water from the Guadalupe River so we needed to keep that in Sohn We looked at anumber of sites that were considerably
