tonio and targeting primarily elderly female homeowners in a scam that is bilking residents out ol thousands of dollars New Braunfels Police Ll Felix Koque said there havent Uen any reports of the con occurring but acknowledged it could be only a matter of time before the con men begin operating in New Braunfels HiKjue said the scam involves a person or persons posing as utility representatives or repairmen wan ting to inspect a home for potential gas or water leaks or electrical problems One of their Koque is to make a property owner think that a dirt which ignites into a ball of ire at the dont know whether or not a verbal agreement is worth anything in this day and but I thought it was and I was Wilson said He added that since NBL began its move to obtain an easement in the utilities have continued construc tion of the sewage line on surroun ding property and crossed his proper ly without his permission or NBU wants a 50foot construction casement and a 20foot permanent easement
