New Braunfels Herald Zeitung (Newspaper) - December 12, 1985, New Braunfels, Texas Deaths Dr. Walter A. Kelm Services for Dr Walter A. Kelm, of 545 Lockener St. in New Braunfels, will be at IO a m. Friday at Doep-penschmidt Funeral Home with the Rev. Raymond Reich officiating Burial will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. Kelm, 90, died Dec. ll at Colonial Manor Nursing Home. Kelm was born on Dec. IB, 1894 to August and Catherine (nee Wagner) Kelm of Hamilton County He married Willie Mae (nee Renken) Kelm on Oct. 20.1917 in Hamilton He was a retired doctor of chiropractics. He was a member of the Cross Lutheran Church, Texas Chiropractic Association and a former member of the Eden Chamber of Commerce. He served in the U.S. Army during Worldwar I Survivors include his wife Willie Mae Kelm of New Braunfels; one daughter Mirla Arbuckle of El Campo; one son Rueben L. Kelm of New Braunfels; one sister Alma Steger of Hamilton; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Cross Lutheran Church Visitation will be until service time Friday. Richard "Dick" Hueser Services for Richard “Dick” Hueser, of New Braunfels, will be at 3 p m. Friday at Sts Peter and Paul Catholic Church with the Rev. Eugene O’Callahan of New Braunfels officiating. Burial will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park Hueser, 67. died Dec. ll at Humana Hospital in San Antonio. Hueser was born Aug. 27, 1918 to Henry S. and Mary (nee Walbert) Hueser in St. Paul, Minn. He married Marjorie (nee Gunn) Hueser in New Braunfels on Jan. ll, 1985. Hueser worked as credit manager at McKen na Memorial Hospital and was a professional tennis instructor. He lived in New Braunfels for 15 years after living in Kansas City, Mo. for more than 40 years. He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He was a charter member of the New Braunfels Tennis Association, past president of the Kansas City, Mo. Retail Credit Association and had been an active member of the Kansas City, Mo. Business Community. Survivors include his wife Marjorie E. Hueser of New Braunfels; one step-daughter, Donna M. Cook of Kansas City, Mo.; step-sons William W. Porter and Scott E. Porter, both of Kansas City, Mo.; sisters Irene Hale of New Braunfels, Kathryn Essig of Kansas City, Mo. and Betty Sanges of Gloversville, N Y.; and four step-grandchildren. A rosary service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Tom Yeazel, Joe Miller, Jim Sanders, Ray Smith. Ed Skelton and Rowell Coleman. He was an area resident for 14 years. Stine worked in production for Humble Oil. Survivors include one daughter Kay Fleming of Canyon Lake; one son Charles M.
