Independent School District is beginning a search for a new superintendent following Clarence Frases Frase submitted his resignation to the school board during an executive session at the boards meeting Tues 1 Frase has worked in the Seguin school district for 30 years his en tire educational Frase said Thursday that his deci sion to resign was a result of dif ferences with the school The
