being indicted June 12 by a Comal County Grand Jury on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon The indictments allege patrolmen Kevin and Rodney drew their service revolvers on a San Antonio family of four and a family friend and threatened to kill them on the side of FM 306 on April Both who joined the SAPD force were arrested Wednesday at San Antonio police where Daniel turned himself in to Comal
