writer Reindictments issued Wednesday against two men charged with capital murder now list the names of the murdered man and two robbery Rodolfo Hernandez and Jesse Garibay both of San had already been indicted twice on capital murder charges since the ganglandstyle shootings of five Mexican nationals occurred on March 7 The first set of indictments only listed the dead man as Victor and the second set included his full Victor Manuel Serrano But a third set of indictments became necessary after a pretrial hearing for Hernandez on Defense attorney John Chunn asked 274th District Court
