The annual San Antonio Livestock Exposition was another exciting event and a successful one for many local young Comal County 4Hers received awards in a wide range of the shows ac Our horse club members were outstanding in the youth quarter horse Sunni Johnson placed second in the Western Pleasure class and seventh in Will Rob Borchers mare stood and Borchers also placed eighth in Chad Farnsworth placed first in the junior halter gelding Mark McWilliams had an excellent receiving four awards in the horse He placed second with his mare and in Western and placed third in horsemanship and Western Jeanne Kelley placed fourth in showmanship and eighth with her senior Chris Munies gelding was while Merideth McWilliams rode to a seventh place finish in Western Pleasure and had the sixth place senior Randy Schurig was second in horsemanship and third in showmanship and halter Justin Jonas had tremendous placing three lambs in the auction including the first place light Southdown His crossbreed was seventh and his finewool was His had an llth place finewool cross The competition in San Antonio was with over 200 lambs in some of the Miles Gibbs finewool lamb placed 19th and his
