citizen went to San Antonio Friday morning to testify in a preliminary injunction hearing connected with Robert Henrys suit against the City of New owner of the Schlitterbahn and filed suit 9 in the court of District Judge He claims the City Council and its hired hands have violated his civil rights through selective en forcement of noparking ordinances in the neighborhood if his and unwarranted searches of his business by city health and fire in City Attorney John Chunn has yet to file an answer to the Henrys attorneys asked the judge for a preliminary injunction which would prevent the city from enforcing any noparking rules while the case is still As the injunction would apply both to the 1981 which forbids parking on Liberty Avenue between Common and North streets and a new ordinance
