will be at TV 11B Tax rolls board At CISD board members were stunned Tuesday night when Edgar Willhelm preliminary tax rolls received last Tuesday from the County Tax Ap praisal Office were unacceptable for use in preparing 1982 tax Their bewilderment quickly turned to when CISD Tax Assessor Collector Neuse concluded his description of some of the major 40odd discrepancies he had found in the preliminary tax board members became obviously concerned when Willhelm hinted about a farreaching result of the districts tax The problem is we cant set our tax rate until the tax rolls are usable and Until that is we wont have money coming and may have to borrow some in the foreseeable For Neuse CISD has prepared its tax roll by dividing it into four different categories alphabetically recorded alphabetically and with block and lots in a certain sub division numerically unrecorded following the same procedure as recorded subdivisions and In some our pattern established in previous
