Allred, clearly elected six county-wide officer» Because of incomplete returns from precincts 1, 4, 27, 28, and 33 in Lubbock, precinct 18 at Idalou, and precinct 24 at Slaton, at least three major races were in doubt. 25 PRECINCTS COMPLETE When the Avalanche-Journal tabulators b«gan running totals at 1:30 o’clock this morning, 25 precincts had reported complete, seven were incomplete, and Bledsoe with a voting strength of 102 was unreported.
