SATURDAY OPENS STARTS RIG FAMILY MATINEE As the Del Rio and Val Verde County United Way campaign sought to shift into high gear today there came the elec trifying news that Greenville has become the first com munity in Texas to make its United campaign goal Greenville county seat of Hunt County located some SO miles northeast of Dallas is ap proximately the same size as Del Rio with a current estimated population of Long noted for its no nonsense downtobusiness ap proach to the United Way Greenville within a few days af ter the opening of its campaign has raised This is per cent of this years goal President of the United Way in Greenville is Winston Wallace while Ruth Sanders and Mike Herman served as co chairman of this years cam paign After a breathtaking start the United Way whose administrative leaders professionally trained in turn train volunteers oh a local level is important to all age girls in Brownies Junior Senior and Cadette organizations The local organization
