angered by the outcome of Lees case in state court Lee 65 had faced up to 35 years in prison after pleading no contest in March to molesting 15 women who had come to his office when he was an Horry County magistrate Circuit Judge Edward Cot tingham sentenced Lee to 400 hours of public service and fined him Cottingham cited Lees age and his 66yearold invalid wife in deciding to keep the former
