Site HARRISBtmG UPI The state Forests and Waters Depart ment said today that exploratory drilling has been made for a big dam in BuUer County possibly to form the largest manmade lake in Pennsylvania Ohio and Faster Grading Co Jackson Center will place a 50 oot wide blacktop surface and a foot wide separator on a sec ion of the road between Conneaut and Meadville Construction in cludes a
