' remitted without delay. ~-WTir- NEWS NOTES. The confederate re-union at Alma, Ark., last week was a big affair, and an enjoyable occasion. Senator J. H. Berry delivered an eloquent address. Oklahoma City was visited on the night of the 8th inst. by a heavy rain and hailstorm that did considerable damage to glass fronts and windows. A man by the name of S. J. Howell, was caught in a gin near Fairfield, Tex., one day laBt week and so badly injured that he died in a few hours. Eureka Springs, Ark., is on a grand boom. It is to have two miles aDd a half of electric railway, and the whole city is to be lighted by electricity. Hurra for the mountain city. ^ A young man named Britton was loafing around a saw mill near Paris, Texas, one day last week and was accidentally thrown against a circular saw, which struck him near the base of the neck, ffections of my people, and better still,, did good and faithful work for the Master. I am glad to say that in all these meetings, the church has�beeh greatly bloc sed, the Lord'B presence has been manifested to His people and to the world. We have three other meetings to hold, two for the fullbloods and one for an English speaking congregation.
