Mincey heard that his wife had given birth to quadruplets, his first reaction was “Oh, baloney.” When Mincey, a 44-year-old drill press operator at General Electric Co., had time to think about it    all, he    said    he    might have to    move    into    a    bigger house. Mrs. Willie Mae Mincey gave birth to the infants early Friday in    Booth    Hospital.    They were identical boys and Capt. Glenn Seiler of the Salvation Army, supervisor of the hospital, said they and the mother were doing fine. “Some of the surprise has worn off and now she’s beginning to    realize    she    getting a little tired,” Capt. Seiler said ofDaily Pallern Mrs. Mincey, 39. The boys were placed in incubators as a precaution, but Dr. Reuben Richardson, family physician, said “they all came out squealing.” The Minceys have five other children—four boys and a girl— ranging in age from 6 to 17. The four newcomers have not been named. 4997 SIZES 10-fi0 Little dress with a great future — its quiet, but curvy shape makes it perfect for day, informal dates. Choose color-charged cotton, blend.
