ago I deal with this amazing young man born without legs in New York Most of my time how was given over to his philosophy as it was set forth in a a Wilmington audience In this visit Id like to give more attention to Viscardi him self And Ill be drawing on his 240 page autobiography titled A Mans It takes him from birth to 1952 when he was confronted with one of the most difficult decisions a man 3Point Approach WASHINGTON UP Presi dent Eisenhower and British Prime Minister Harold Maciml lan have proposed that the Western Allies adopt a three point approach to a summit conference with Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev this sum mer It was learned Monday that this was the compromise form ula agreed on in talks between the two Western leaders at Camp David Saturday Now under discussion by West German Chancellor Konrad Ade jiauer and French President Charles de Gaulle it represents a compromise between Macmil Khrushchev unconditionally and Eisenhowers reluctance to meet without promise
