cases to the Iowa supreme court Friday Both involved disturbances which arose during the packing house strike last spring One group appealed a conspir acy case Most of the same group appealed on a case involving dam age to a motor vehicle As a result of the conspiracy case Thomas Lockhart pleaded guilty in the Linn county district court last Dec 10 to charges of injuring several other employes
